Our Story

Good food shouldn't be complicated.

641 Nutrition started with a simple idea: what if your neighborhood market actually cared about what went into your food? Not just the ingredients list, but the people behind it.

We're not a chain. We're right here on Highway 641, baking bread, stocking shelves, and getting to know our neighbors. Everything we sell — whether it's a loaf of sourdough or a box of granola — is something we'd serve our own families.
